hi there, went to the kent endo support group today and it was really good and one of the things we talked about was a tens machine. does anyone use them? or would you recomend them? thanks xx

Hi Starflower oil is a supplement you take in capsule form. Mine are like see through pellets and you can see the oil inside. I also ordered the ovatens from a website today so I hope it works well.
